In this weeks episode of #teatalktuseday we talk about how we got started consciously 'manifesting', what it means to manifest, as well as some tips and tricks on manifestation.
Manifestation is essentially the art of causing something to appear or to "be". Our entire physical reality is made manifest by natural processes. We manifest our individual lives and experiences through our thoughts, actions, choices and beliefs.
A lot of people are familiar with the Law of Attraction. Which simply means we attract what we are or believe ourselves to be. In this video we talk a little about how we began our personal journeys of becoming conscious creators.
5 key points discussed in this video
1. Manifestation is a natural process and a fact of life.
2. Being conscious simply means understanding more of how things are manifested - how our thoughts, actions, and beliefs create and influence our experience of reality.
3. How we can overcome depression, doubt, imbalanced negative mindsets by no longer allowing ourselves to be controlled by them i.e. not over-identifying with them nor resisting their appearance.
4. How being at your "lowest point" can be a great springboard opportunity to begin manifesting or becoming conscious of how our thoughts/emotions manifest externally.
5. Our desires are wanting to be made manifest through us, we often just need to allow it to happen.
What are your thoughts on manifestation? We'd love to hear more about your journey and understanding of the laws of manifestation in the comments below.

Anyways! In this video we sipped Astrolotea, talked our first and favorite decks, and gave a few tips for beginner tarot readers along with some funny tarot anecdotes.
What are your favorite decks and beginner tips? We'd love to hear from you!

Maybe you want to know how to become a famous rapper. Maybe you want to know how to manifest the life of your dreams. Or maybe you're just looking for some cool inspirational books to add to your 2018 reading list. Either way, we've got you covered. From LL Cool Jay to Big Sean, many of our favorite rappers have given us some Major Keys as to how to unlock our greatest potential .
In our latest edition of Prima Maateria Mag we listed 10 Keys to success from Charles Haanels' The Master Key Sytem. A short time later, a friend of ours put us on to rapper, Kevin Gates, who is also a fan of Haanel’s book.
In a 2014 interview with hiphopdx, Gates comments on his reading habits by saying, "I’m an avid reader. I’m re-reading The Master Key System because I was excited when I first got the book, and I ran through it fast. I’m really re-reading it, so I’m really reprocessing it right now. But it’s by an author named Charles F. Haanel." Wow! And we thought The Master Key System was a random book that not many people read anymore. So to see it mentioned by Kevin Gates had us shook! Reading about Gates' relationship to The Master Key System we couldn't help but wonder if Dj Khaled's famous saying "major key" wasn't also influenced by Haanel. This lead us on a search to find out more about raps relationship to LOA and science of mind.
In this first ever #teatalktuesday we introduced our new favorite tea - Astrolotea. We also talked a little bit about astrology and being born under the sign of Aries. Check it out!

I grew up primarily in the Christian church bouncing between Southern Baptist, Methodist, First Church of Christ and so on. I felt that in my childhood I received so many mixed messages from the church. On the one hand they'd said "come as you are" and on the other there were so many sins outlined that it seemed that if I did actually come as I was I would surely be smited!
Eventually the ideas I had grown up with about God slowly began to dismantle. The idea that God was a big, jealous, old white man in the sky ready to bless or to smite at any moment wasn't too difficult to deprogram from my mind. But still, for the longest time, I held the belief that God was somewhere far off from me. Or, if S/He was "with me" S/He was somewhere out of reach in a forgotten part of my mind that I might never be able to access.
It wasn't until I began to read more New Thought authors that I was finally able to piece together the understanding of the infinitely present, infinitely intelligent, infinitely loving and powerful God Spirit that I knew was True all along. Writers such as Ernest Holmes, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, Emmet Fox, Thomas Troward to name a few, gave me permission to affirm what I had always felt to be true.
Not only did they give me permission, they gave me Reason. I mean, it makes perfect sense. If God created the world and "out of which was nothing made that it was made", then that would have to mean that God would have to be everywhere present all the time, no matter what. The creation is not separate from the creator. If God is life, then God is everywhere because life is everywhere. Presence is everywhere. Life is the blood that moves through my body, life is the ease and ability through which I can breathe, life is the sun and wind in the stress, the very atmosphere in which we live and see and have our being is Life, God, Self, All-Spirit.
The first and most important thing to know about intrusive thoughts is that they can be overcome. Intrusive thoughts are not permanent, inherent, or uncontrollable. Thousands of people each day are overcoming intrusive thoughts, taking control of their minds and thought processes. People who have dealt with intrusive thoughts for dozens of years are beginning to gain greater control, peace, and calm in their minds and in their lives. Intrusive thoughts can be overcome. Yes, even by you.
You must deal with intrusive thoughts the same way you would deal with an intrusive person. Tell them kindly to leave, don’t feel obligated to answer their calls, don’t feel that you owe them anything. If you’re someone who has trouble facing up to unwanted people in your daily life maybe these thought exercises will help you there as well.

Many people are curious about meditation but aren't quite sure where to start. There are so many different varieties of meditation; Vipassana, Mindfulness, Transcendental, guided mediation.
Choosing a particular system or style can be overwhelming. But the good thing about mediation is that most of us have done it many times without even noticing.
“Arabians, Indians, Sabeans,
Sing not, in hymns and paens,
Your incense, myrrh, or ebony:
Come here a nobler plant to see;
And carry home at any rate,
Some seed, that you may propagate.
If in your soil it takes, to heaven
A thousand thousand thanks be given
And say, with France, it goodly goes
Where the Pantagruelion grows!
— Francois Rabelais
Discovering the the healing virtue in plants has always been a large part of alchemical process. Many alchemists hoped to discover the holy grail, the prima materia within the different herbs and plants they worked with. Being an alchemist was many different things to many different people and many medieval alchemists pursued the Philosopher’s Stone as herbalist apothecaries in an attempt to find the very essence of creation.
